These chicken saddles are fantastic for protecting new feathers from unwanted pecking or an overactive cockerel.

The saddles work as a barrier, protecting new feathers from pecking, or over rubbing from a busy cockerel, they help to change pecking behaviours.

They are easy to put on, we recommend putting them on at night when the hens are sleepy and docile, you simply pop their wings through the fabric loops so the saddle sits comfortable on the hens back, these are suitable for most breeds.
