Hand made to order Pipinchick’s Afternoon T treat mix is a well rounded recipe designed to give your hens a tasty treat and some extra minerals, vitamins and carbohydrates.

Pipinchick have created this balanced, healthy treat mix to give to your girls in the afternoon, with mixed corn, rolled oats, garlic, and seeds this mix is a great all-round treat for good health and well-being. With dried parsley and split peas to provide a good source of B12 and essential minerals along with added oyster shell and grit, your girls will love this light mix, you may even hear them clucking away with joy as they take in all this goodness.

Sprinkling a handful on the ground allows you hen to exhibit her natural behaviour by scratching up all the yummy goodies, this creates happy hens and promotes well being.
Easy to digest this mix is great for general good health and well being.

Give one handful (about 50gms) to 3-4 hens in the afternoons as needed

    My girls love their Afternoon Tea. As soon as I step outside with bag in hand they come running (if they’ve already not spotted me). I absentmindedly put the bag down without closing it on a storage box and one snuck behind me, jumped on the box and was trying to get her head inside the bag!

    As soon as I throw a handful out, my girls are pecking around with lots of happy clucking sounds.
